#074 : This week on Chill, we chat with David Hughes, the eCommerce Director & Programme Manager @ Hunting & Fishing New Zealand!

Opening their first store in Palmerston North in 1986, they were quick to join forces with other leading outdoor specialist retailers, starting the growth which now sees 40 great stores and is recognised as the leading authority for hunting, fishing, camping and tramping information and equipment.

With 20+ years of experience across a number of retail and technology businesses, Dave has developed a broad capability and have a proven track record of results. He believes that business is about people and this remains a priority to me. With his passion for data – Dave enjoys the ability to generate insight, learn and transform business. Using insights has allowed him to develop the breadth of business disciplines and deliver results.

Overdose’s Group Commercial VP, Adam Ellington and Dave will discuss how to advocate change and win over stakeholders in support of major digital transformation journeys, and talk about tips for other teams seeking to increase the likelihood that their digital investments will deliver returns.
