As we faced the challenge of targeting high-converting keywords for their key category pages, which required optimising and creating new copy, we developed a customised solution that focused on creating high-quality, relevant content that targeted the right keywords, as well as optimising existing copy to improve search engine visibility. By implementing this approach, we were able to significantly increase the organic search traffic and improve the overall website performance. Our collaborative and data-driven approach helped 3 Wise Men achieve their goals and maximise their return on investment.

Boosting Brand Awareness and Acquiring New Customers

Tapping into an untapped market while maintaining their strong presence and high loyalty with existing customers.

SOLUTION

Establishing a strong and sustainable customer retention strategy that would allow them to reach both existing and potential customers throughout the entire purchasing journey was a challenge. To address this, we developed an integrated full-funnel strategy that targeted users at every stage of their purchasing journey. Our approach enabled us to prospect users who were not familiar with 3 Wise Men, while also engaging and converting those who were further down the funnel. By implementing our strategy, we were able to achieve impressive results, including a 15.5% increase in new user traffic and a 14.1% increase in revenue compared to pre-SEM influence.

Expanding 3 Wise Men's Digital Reach Across Multiple Touchpoints

Re-establishing their brand in the highly competitive menswear market while achieving sustained e-commerce growth.

SOLUTION

During the peak season promotion, our team recognized the potential of utilizing Paid Social channels to enhance brand awareness and drive user engagement. With the aim of expanding the touchpoints for customers, we implemented a comprehensive campaign strategy focused on driving conversions through product ads targeted towards a broad audience. As a result, the campaign successfully extended brand visibility and attracted a significant number of new users to the site, accounting for 24.35% of total traffic. Furthermore, the campaign generated revenue of 36.38% for the site with an impressive conversion rate of 3.95%. To further capitalize on the success of the campaign, we also implemented a retargeting strategy, which re-engaged previous visitors and users, leading to an 8.44% conversion rate.

This has given us much more powerful email marketing capabilities, which has been critical in our efforts to stay connected with our customers and keep them engaged. It has also streamlined our warehousing and logistics capabilities as well as integrate with our store POS systems and CRM software.

Of course, it's not just about the big projects. Overdose. has also been instrumental in helping us refine our social media strategy. They've helped us identify new opportunities for engagement, and they're always pushing us to do better and smarter.
