The team at Kitchen Things worked with Overdose. to firstly, conceptualise and create a commerce-enabled website to complement their customer's multi-touchpoint buying journey and support in-store sales staff through a full-funnel approach to marketing and tech. Built on Adobe Commerce Cloud, Animates has worked in collaboration with Overdose to improve UX and stability. Complex initiatives included Repeat Delivery subscriptions, Click and Collect and Same-Day-Delivery shipping options with a major focus on ensuring that the stock availability in their store network is available online for customers throughout the purchasing journey and is clearly communicated so that pet-owners can choose the best options for their pets' needs. This is balanced with the bespoke requirements of fulfilling orders from stores with fast-moving inventory on a day-to-day basis by highlighting Same-Day-Delivery orders as the priority fulfilment orders and address validation with NZ Post to ensure that online orders make it to their destination with the couriers.

Establishing close ties together over the past 3 years, North Beach has utilised Overdose.s' Marketing services. Through the partnership, North Beach has leveraged Overdose.s' extensive knowledge in META and Google Ads to structure a consistent always-on strategy, and execute seasonal campaigns in order to capitalise on opportunities and drive revenue. Through tactical investment, placement and creative testing across META and Google Ads, North Beach has experienced strong growth in their online presence.

With a global relaunch set in motion, Overdose. worked in collaboration to deliver improved site design and functionality. Salomon was previously managing a Shopify theme which hadn’t been updated over time to cater for updated brand guidelines. This led us to upgrade their site with Shopify 2.0 functionality, mainly to improve the inconsistency across design and functionality across the site and inconsistencies in the data management, making it more efficient to manage.

The Salomon project is a Shopify plus build with a Klaviyo and Boost commerce integration, along with Stamped for reviews. Rolling to both the AU and NZ market, the improvements allow greater flexibility in managing the site and better capacity in supporting marketing efforts.

As part of this project, the Overdose. team worked with Barkers to rebuild their Adobe Commerce Magento 1 site to the Magento 2.4 Commerce Cloud Platform to leverage the feature-rich core functionality. Our objectives were to improve specific functionality of the site to optimise the user experience such as flexible delivery options, provide visibility of physical store stock availability and the loyalty program and simplify the operation of the solution where possible for creating and managing website content and product data.

OD's Client Success team worked in concert with the Whiskers N Paws in-house team to orchestrate a complete eCommerce approach, covering SEO, SEM, website management and customer experience, all driven by data and OD's proprietary best practice.

Following solid improvements in SEO performance and customer acquisition via digital and email marketing, attention turned to the bottom of the funnel and Whiskers N Paws online store. Based on the first and zero-party data at hand, the decision was made to proceed with a new Shopify Plus Online Store, to be built on the new Dawn theme, leveraging all of Shopify 2.0’s newly available features.

Babydoll strives to take a digital-first approach to creating brand assets, and approached Overdose. for a comprehensive e-commerce solution and support across their portfolio of brands.

Historically, Babydoll utilised a Shopify site for their e-commerce needs however, this site did not achieve their CMS requirements for the organisation or align with its commerce ambitions. As a result, Overdose. developed a Headless Solution using WordPress Front End and Shopify as the transactional layer. This allowed Babydoll to maximise the flexibility of their brand story telling whilst enabling customers to transact seamlessly through the e-commerce functionality.

A long-time client, Zoe & Morgan has been with Overdose. for 4+ years - As one of our Auckland team's original clients, we partnered with the Z&M team to redesign their Adobe Magento 1 site before further electing OD and Adobe Commerce to help migrate them from Magento 1 to Magento 2 Commerce Cloud. As a long-standing partner of Overland, Overdose. was tasked to relaunch their NZ and AU websites for both the Merchant 1948 and Mi Piaci brands on the Adobe Commerce, Magento 2.4 Commerce Cloud Platform, whilst managing various omni-channel complexities.

Theo's team is small and they needed to be able to run their eCommerce website with minimal staff. They needed to find tools that they could use to manage the business long-term, yet still be able to enhance it as operations allow. Overdose. began working with Theo early in their discovery and helped define requirements/features for both B2B and B2C eCommerce. Next, we led a platform-agnostic review of eCommerce platforms providing a comparison based on the recently defined features. This gave the Theo team a foundation to make good decisions and be in control of their eCommerce.

Overdose. wanted to help Fossil measure the impact that paid Social ads across the Meta platform have on Search activity for the brand in driving online sales. They also wanted to better understand the value of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns within Fossil’s marketing mix.

The new site boasts a beautiful mobile to desktop responsive front-end, with integrations to Accredo POS, QOR content management, OneASICs, Klaviyo, & Klevu.

Beacon first engaged OD to migrate their website from M1 to M2, with a specific focus on improving the UX of the site and increasing the conversion rate to help them reach their financial targets online.
