Manage My Health needed a brand-new eCommerce platform to support its expansion into direct-to-consumer sales. The challenge was to create a scalable, user-friendly site that could seamlessly handle online transactions while maintaining security, speed and an intuitive shopping experience.
We designed and developed a fully functional Shopify eCommerce site, implementing best-practice strategies to optimise speed, security and usability. By focusing on a streamlined user journey and ensuring a frictionless checkout process, we helped Manage My Health successfully transition into the D2C space, opening new revenue streams and enhancing customer accessibility.
Manage My Health sought to integrate Marketplacer to enable a multi-vendor marketplace model. The complexity lay in ensuring a seamless technical integration that would allow different vendors to sell their products while maintaining a cohesive and efficient backend system.
Overdose worked closely with the Manage My Health team to facilitate the Marketplacer integration, ensuring the platform was configured to meet their unique operational needs. By streamlining the integration process and optimising workflows, we enabled a scalable marketplace ecosystem that supports multiple vendors while maintaining a consistent and user-friendly experience for customers.
The new eCommerce site needed to feel like a natural extension of Manage My Health’s existing Practitioner platform. Maintaining brand consistency and a seamless experience was critical to ensuring trust and familiarity for both existing practitioners and new customers.
We prioritised brand cohesion by aligning visual elements, typography, and messaging across both platforms. To enhance the user experience, we implemented Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing practitioners to navigate between the platforms effortlessly. This integration not only reinforced brand trust and recognition but also ensured a frictionless experience, strengthening the relationship between the medical and retail aspects of the business.
Through a collaborative partnership with the Manage My Health (MMH) team, we developed a seamlessly integrated marketplace that embodies their commitment to accessible healthcare. By focusing on intuitive navigation, simplicity, and a user-friendly shopping experience, the platform meets the diverse needs of users across all age groups.
The homepage was designed to immediately showcase MMH’s extensive product range through clear, engaging visuals and messaging, emphasising the ease of purchasing health products directly on the site. An intuitive navigation system enables users to effortlessly explore products by category, health condition, or lifestyle preference, ensuring a frictionless browsing experience.
Acting as a comprehensive one-stop shop, the marketplace brings together trusted health and wellness brands, offering a curated selection tailored to diverse healthcare needs. This consolidated approach reinforces MMH’s reputation as a leader in health innovation and enhances its ability to provide a holistic solution for users.
