#107: This week on Chill, we chat to Shiran Faast @ Aqua Gardening!

Shiran, the co-owner and CEO of Aqua Gardening, is focused on driving the company to become Australia’s largest online retail store for successful gardening.

Shiran is quickly establishing herself as a leader in the eCommerce space, bringing a traditional concept of gardening online to achieve Aqua Gardening’s mission of empowering people to master their health by making gardening accessible, sustainable, prosperous and easy.

Aqua Gardening’s core mission aligns well with Shiran’s own values of being passionate about self-growth, learning, balance, self-honesty, and health, which she has applied as she has grown the company from its original bricks and-mortar store to a showroom, with a large eCommerce presence. Aqua Gardening now supports growers across the techniques of aquaponic, hydroponic, pond and soil gardening, with a wide variety of products and learning support available in-store and online.

Shiran believes Aqua Gardening has been successful through its elevation of the term, ‘service eCommerce’ describing the complete offering the company provides to customers. Customers can access a great range of products while being supported by a Customer Success Team through consultations and advice. This transformation of creating a holistic retail presence and experience led Aqua Gardening to win the best ‘Brand Transformation’ at the 2020 National Retail Awards.
