Integrations

Courts engaged Overdose to migrate their Magento 2 site from on-premise to Magento Commerce Cloud, including its existing integration architecture. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP is bi-directionally integrated to sync product inventory, pricing, customer information, and store data. Integrated Click & Collect adds convenience to omnichannel customers experiences while increasing valuable foot traffic. Through Salesforce, Courts Asia team can easily send personalised offers and introduce promotional coupons, product bundling, free shipping thresholds, and e-gift cards to customers.
