Courts Singapore

The website had accumulated custom code and content as its product range expanded. Moving to cloud hosting required careful handling of those customisations, alongside a clearer browsing structure and capacity suited to busy sales periods.

  • The project

COURTS has operated in Singapore since 1974. Its online store grew into a substantial part of the retail network, with a broad catalogue across home and technology categories.

Overdose worked through legacy Adobe Commerce customisations as part of the migration to Commerce Cloud. Technical and keyword audits informed changes to information architecture, while customer-experience work reorganised categories, promotional messaging and onsite search.

Mobile usability and hosting performance were part of the same programme, reflecting the demands of a large catalogue and seasonal sales activity.
