Camera House

Camera House case study

Camera specifications, editorial advice and store information all matter to a photography purchase. The project needed to make that detail easier to use for shoppers, while simplifying how the retail network managed its local pages.

  • The project

Camera House is an Australian specialist photographic retail chain. Overdose collaborated with the business on a rebrand and customer-experience refresh spanning its online presence and physical-store network.

Work included Adobe Search with intelligent faceting, redesigned product pages and a new interface for managing store services and events. Blog content also moved from a third-party platform into Adobe Commerce through Magefan.

The scope brought technical product information, local services and buying advice into the same digital experience.
