Healthy Options
A broad natural-food and health range brings different buying needs and fulfilment constraints. The site needed clearer product attributes and recommendations, while preventing perishable orders from being placed outside the supported delivery region.
The project
Healthy Options is a Philippine retailer of natural food and health products, established in 1995. Overdose Asia rebuilt the theme of its existing Shopify store.
The project used Nosto, Boost Commerce, Dotdigital, Gorgias and Okendo to support the customer experience. Product cards and pages gained icons for dietary and lifestyle properties, alongside personalised merchandising.
Checkout work included predefined region, city and postcode selections, plus restrictions for perishable products available only within Metro Manila. These operational requirements were treated as part of the shopping journey.

Client love.
“Working with Overdose. was a fantastic experience. Their team was not only knowledgeable, professional, and well-organised, but they also truly took the time to understand our business to better provide solutions to the unique challenges we face. And although we encountered unforeseen challenges, the project always went along seamlessly and smoothly thanks to the hard work and dedication of their team. They did an amazing job revamping our UX and UI for our online shop, alongside several other functional additions, and we can’t wait to get started on our future plans for further improvements. We highly recommend Overdose Digital to anyone looking to improve their online presence – so long as it doesn’t compete with ours! Thank you, Overdose., for your continued hard work and expertise!”
