JAG

The group wanted more freedom to shape its customer experience than traditional website architecture allowed. Delivering that meant coordinating the storefront with specialist services and working through the requirements of a new technology stack.
The project
JAG was founded by Adele Palmer on Melbourne's Chapel Street in 1972 and became known for denim and casual clothing. APG & Co. selected Overdose to deliver its digital vision through a headless architecture.
The JAG site used commercetools and commercetools Frontend, with integrations including Adyen, PayPal, Algolia and Nosto. The delivery team worked closely with platform partners on integration and localisation requirements.
The engagement formed part of the group's broader commerce work while retaining JAG's individual brand presentation.

Client love.
“At APG & Co, we're always looking for the best tools and services to help us tell our brand story and provide our customers with the best online experience. When we set out to revamp the website for JAG, we were excited about the power of selecting new tools and services to create seamless shopping journeys. And we found just that - with Overdose, we were able to completely rethink the ecommerce experience across all our channels. Moving to a headless stack, driven by API integrations, has improved site performance and built operational efficiencies which has allowed the team to focus on enhancing the total online experience for our customers.”
