The rebuild needed to preserve the brand's distinctive presentation while making everyday trading easier. Content updates, promotion scheduling, separate regional storefronts and pre-orders all had to work without relying on manual HTML changes.

  • The project

    Zoe & Morgan is a boutique jewellery brand with flagship stores in London and Auckland. Overdose Auckland first redesigned its Magento 1 website, then supported the move to Magento 2 Commerce Cloud.

    The new experience included an interactive ring-size guide and purchasable engagement and wedding collections. Adobe Commerce Page Builder and scheduling tools supported content management, alongside Nosto recommendations and pre-order information connected through Vend.

    After launch, the relationship continued across strategy, data, SEO, digital marketing, email and technical development.

Overdose. has helped to revolutionise Zoe & Morgan's vend integration to support omnichannel gift cards and take advantage of Adobe Commerce Cloud's multi-store inventory to add in the use of click & collect delivery options across both their Newmarket and City Works Depot stores.Zoe & Morgan's EDM platform was also migrated to Klaviyo, increasing the utilisation of specific automation/flows and setting up the Zoe & Morgan team with a user-friendly template to set up their monthly campaigns.

    Ease of content changes and promotional scheduling - A core business objective for the Zoe & Morgan team was to decouple the site from its reliance on HTML for content changes.

    All pages were developed using Adobe Commerce's Page Builder functionality. With Adobe Commerce's content staging and scheduling, promotions and content can be scheduled in advance.
